facilitationの意味
facilitationは、(会議やミーティングを)「円滑に進めること」「舵取りをすること」を意味します。具体的には、議論を進めるために場を仕切ったり、参加者に問いかけたりすることです。
facilitationの本来の意味は、「容易にすること」「便利化」「促進」ですが、ビジネスの場面では特に上記の意味で使用されます。
